Delete your data
Block Nook by GF Interactive: what the game stores, how to erase it, and how to reach us.
Block Nook doesn't have accounts, so there is no account to delete. Your progress is stored only on your own device, and you can erase it at any time. This page explains what is stored, how to clear it, and how to ask us about anything else.
What Block Nook stores on your device
- your current game, score, and progress;
- your settings, such as sound, haptics, and theme;
- daily challenge progress, best scores, and local play statistics;
- which purchases and themes you've unlocked.
None of this is sent to us. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How to delete it
Option 1: Clear the game's storage (keeps the game installed)
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Tap Apps. On some devices this is called Apps & notifications; you may need to tap See all apps.
- Tap Block Nook.
- Tap Storage & cache (or Storage).
- Tap Clear storage (or Clear data) and confirm.
Menu names vary by device maker and Android version.
Option 2: Uninstall the game
Uninstalling Block Nook removes the game and the data it saved on your device. If your device backs up app data to your Google account, Android may restore a copy when you reinstall. You can manage backups in your device's backup settings.
What happens to purchases
Clearing data or uninstalling doesn't cancel or refund a purchase. Nook Supporter and themes stay linked to your Google account, so you can restore them when you play again with the same account.
Ad data held by Google
Block Nook's optional video ads come from Google AdMob. Google holds the data its ads SDK collects, under Google's policies. You can:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. Open Settings and look for Google → Ads, or Privacy → Ads, depending on your device. Then choose to delete or reset your advertising ID.
- Change your ad consent choices (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland) from Privacy options in the game's settings.
- Manage data in your Google account with Google's own tools, described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Data we hold about you
The only personal data we hold is email you've sent us. To have it deleted, email [email protected] from the address you used, with "Delete my data" in the subject line. We will delete your messages within 30 days and confirm by reply. We may keep a record only where the law requires it, for example for a payment dispute.
